What Aldar's new Dubai villa community is
This project is not launched. On 14 October 2026 Aldar Development's chief executive, Jonathan Emery, told The National that Aldar plans to launch a large villa and townhouse community in Dubai by the end of the year. He called it another partnership with Dubai Holding and "a very large villa community". It would be Aldar's fourth Dubai project, after Haven, Athlon and The Wilds.
The location is not yet confirmed. The National's article says the site is near Dubai Silicon Oasis and above the Dubai Metro Blue Line extension, while the same article's summary says near Dubai Internet City. The Blue Line serves Silicon Oasis and Academic City, not Internet City, so Silicon Oasis is the more likely reading. In February 2026 Aldar and Dubai Holding announced a site of about 4 million square metres on Dubai's eastern growth corridor, opposite Nad Al Sheba, for apartments, townhouses and villas, with a launch expected in 2026. Aldar has not said that this is the same project, but the details line up.
No official name, unit count, prices, payment plan or handover date has been published. Names, sizes and unit counts circulating online are broker expectations. This page will be updated when Aldar announces the launch.
