The Off Plan Show is a live video show about off-plan property in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, on YouTube every day at 1pm, Dubai time. We cover new launches, payment plans and developer track records, and we check what we say against the developer's own documents.

Who's behind it

The show is produced and operated by IMARA Real Estate, a licensed real estate brokerage in Dubai. When you enquire about a project on this site, your enquiry goes to the IMARA Real Estate team.

How we check our facts

Off-plan launches attract a lot of guesswork online. We rank sources: the developer's own price lists and fact sheets first, then regulators, then the developer's official channels, then established press. Every project page shows the date it was last checked. If something has changed, tell us on WhatsApp and we'll update it.
