This policy explains how IMARA Real Estate ("we"), which operates theoffplanshow.com, collects and uses personal data. It is written to meet the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, for visitors in the UK and EU, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

What we collect

• Details you give us in forms: your name, phone number, email, and your answers about budget, timing and past investments, plus the project you asked about.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp.
• Website usage data from cookies and similar tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and the ad or link that brought you here.

Why we use it

• To send you the brochure or information you asked for, and to follow up about property you may want to buy (based on your consent).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising (based on your consent where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Our team at IMARA Real Estate; the service providers that run our CRM, email, automation and hosting; Google and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement; and, only when you ask us to proceed with a property, the relevant developer. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to marketing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us at the address below or message us on WhatsApp. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
